What type of saddle do you use to ride a mule? I was told I should use a quarter bar but the trail saddle I tried slips off to the side at only a walk. No other saddles have worked and there are no saddle makers in my area. Please send any recommendations- thanks!

You ride a mule just as you would a horse, the saddle should be a combination of your seat size and the fit of the mule. The most common mistake people make is to buy a new horse (or mule) and assume that their old saddle will fit the new mount.
